I have been wondering how something so simple can give me so many different sensations, a sensation of happiness and joy and sensation of anguish and frustration. But I guess that’s what makes climbing so challenging, and facing those challenges is the only time when I grow and evolve.

Climbing has become a huge part of my everyday life. I enjoy the process of training; I love the expressions on the wall and I love the movements. I feel like it’s a dance. I love pushing my own limits and boundaries, that’s what keeps me motivated and motivation is the biggest strength in climbing. But going outdoors and being connected with the nature is my biggest motivation and that’s what made me more confident in my climbing and it also fulfills me the most.

Climbing is a sport in which women are minority and seeing more women introduced and involved into this sport and breaking the barriers is so inspiring and motivating. Personally, for me, climbing has influenced my life on so many different levels, it has made me the person I am today and hopefully it will make me a better person tomorrow.
